I speak with Michael Simonsen, Co-Founder, CEO, Altos Research.  His firm publishes real-time real estate housing data for buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, appraisers, media, Wall Street and others based on listing information.  Altos Research also publishes a free monthly National Housing Report.

His firm also runs a great blog.  Mike is active on Twitter and has a lot to say about they way we think of housing statistics and trends.

Their mission is to answer the question:  What is the Real Estate Market Doing Right Now?
